Ported Heads
Ported LT-1 Heads
Ported LT1 heads have a 15 angle valve job (radius cut). Long and short side reworked,
roof raised and guide thinned. Chambers reshaped and valves unshrouded to enhance
swirl and exhaust scavaging. Viton, teflon seal for better oil control. Spring pressure
checked and installed to correct height. Heads checked for cracks and warpage.
(Aftermarket springs or spring pressure and installed height change upon request).

Ported LS1 heads have a 15 angle valve job (radius cut). Long and short side radius
reworked, roof raised and guide thinned. Chambers reshaped and valves unshrouded to
enhance swirl and exhaust scavaging. Viton, teflon seal for better oil control. Spring
pressures checked and installed to correct height. (Aftermarket springs or spring
pressure and installed height changed upon request). LS1 is a 17 degree valve head
requiring a different port job than a 23 degree head (LT1-LT4, early chevy).

Custom Head Porting Service Available
Custom head porting available upon request, for Chevy, Ford, street or race heads. Full
port jobs to basic head clean up. Valve job (15 angle) included with every port job and
Viton seals included. Port jobs tailored to your application. We do mean custom, valve
guide changes ( guide diameter), spring seat diameter changes, intake face recut, angle
mill or flat mill, head bolt holes enlarged and exhaust redrilled for different header flange.
All port jobs come with a flow sheet before and after the port job. Pricing varies on the
port job, so call or email for pricing.
